About Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah — mom of two amazing daughters, lifelong runner-at-heart, and someone who believes deeply in the power of movement to heal, strengthen, and reconnect us to ourselves.

Running has woven itself through different chapters of my life. Years ago, I trained for and completed my first marathon, along with several half marathons. After stepping away from the sport for a while to focus on family and life’s many other demands, I eventually found my way back to it — not for a finish time, but for peace.

What began as a few quiet miles to clear my mind became something bigger. Running became my space to breathe, to process, and to rediscover my own strength. It reminded me of who I am outside of routines and responsibilities. It became my calm.

Today, I’m proud and beyond grateful to be training for the Boston Marathon as part of the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team. This journey is about more than miles; it’s about hope, purpose, and supporting groundbreaking cancer research that changes lives.

I’m sharing my training, my story, and all the ups and downs along the way in hopes that it inspires someone else — another parent trying to find balance, another runner coming back after time away, or anyone searching for a little more light in their everyday.

Thank you for being here and following along.
Here’s to strong legs, a strong heart, and running for something greater.
