Easy Run- 11.18.25

I am training for this upcoming marathon using the Runna app. Today’s run is an “easy” run where I should keep a pace of 12:15/mi. I have realized that attempting to slow down your pace while running is not “easy.” I spent a lot of these 3.5 miles attempting to slow down and not rush through. The run felt great, I got a few good hills in, and I didn’t speed up when another runner passed me! I also ran a “heart kite” as my eight-year-old says!
