Honored, Grateful, and Ready to Run

Out of more than 1,400 applicants, I was selected as one of just 500 runners to join the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge Team for the 2026 Boston Marathon. Writing that still feels surreal.

When I applied, I knew how competitive the process was. I also knew how many people carry powerful, personal reasons for wanting to be part of this team. To be chosen among such an incredible group of runners is truly humbling, and I don’t take it lightly.

This opportunity means so much more than running Boston. It means committing myself to something bigger—raising critical funds for life-saving cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. It means honoring the countless patients, families, and loved ones who have been impacted by cancer, and turning miles into meaning.

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude—for the chance to run this iconic race, for the trust Dana-Farber has placed in me, and for the community that continues to support me every step of the way. I know this journey will be challenging, emotional, and demanding—but it will also be incredibly rewarding.

Training is underway, fundraising is has begun, and I’m motivated to make every mile count.

If you’re able to support this journey, I would be so grateful for your donation. Every dollar raised goes directly to Dana-Farber’s life-saving cancer research, helping fuel breakthroughs, hope, and better outcomes for patients and families. Together, we can make a real impact—one mile and one donation at a time.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I can’t wait to share the highs, the hurdles, and everything in between as I run toward Boston in 2026.
