This morning was all about the tempo. I love the @runna program because the voice keeps me at the right pace!
In addition to logging miles, I got to say hi to Frosty the Snowman! ⛄️ I mean, he wasn’t the actual jolly man of snow, but he was riding an electric bike, wearing a cute hat, and smoking a pipe, so close enough 😂, and he gave me a friendly “toot, toot!” Morning made!
