I’ve been waffling a lot during runs. Feeling like I am going to fast or focusing on the mental rather than feeling the run.
I was thrilled and a bit surprised when I hopped on the treadmill for 4 easy miles and found myself. I found the groove and felt great throughout the run. I needed that boost today! This past week has been taxing. I have been feeling rundown, the snow KEEPS coming, running outside is difficult due to snowy sidewalks and the list can go on. Now I am happy to say I feel motivated and excited to get more miles and workouts in. To feel comfortable in my stride!
